Bug: jpeg360 Screenshots do not render 3d skybox water reflection correctly
Describe the bug
Screenshots taken with command jpeg360 2048x1024 filename do not render 3d skybox water reflections correctly.

As you can see, the 3d skybox water reflections are broken completely.
The 2d skybox texture, nor any geometry, is reflected off of the 3d skybox water correctly.
Water in real game space is not affected.
To Reproduce
The same behavior can be observed when loading into map d2_coast_04 (if Half-Life 2 is mounted to your game)
Load into d2_coast_04
Noclip to the edge of the water with godmode enabled (to prevent leeches from eating you)
Observe 3d skybox water reflections working correctly.
Run command jpeg360 2048x1024 filename
Observe how the 3d skybox water reflections are broken.
Issue Map
Any map with water reflections in the 3d Skybox, notably the Half-Life 2 Coast maps.
Expected Behavior
3D Skybox water reflections should be rendered correctly in jpeg360 screenshots

closed this issue by accident due to a miscommunication in the latest staging build's relnotes with regards to similar water shader issues via jpeg360; can confirm that this is still repro'ing
