Bug: Hide and Un-hide shortcuts in Hammer are disabled when Caps Lock is active

Describe the bug

Opening a map with brushes or entities in it, and trying to hide or un-hide anything in it with the default shortcuts [H] and [U] keys respectively does not work while caps lock is active.

To Reproduce

1. Open a map with something in it that can be hidden through the default Hammer shortcuts [H] & [U]
2. Turn on Caps Lock
3. Use the [H] shortcut to hide a selected object or the [U] shortcut to un-hide a previously hidden brush or entity.
4. Observe bug
