The net_showevents cvar (and related display_game_events) appear to only report events that are currently being listened to somewhere in code. The result is that certain events like player_hurt will appear to never fire unless you already have a logic_eventlistener listening for the event, which is somewhat annoying. It should show all events that are fired in code even if nothing receives them.
Additionally, net_showevents has mode 1 which shows clientside events and mode 2 which shows clientside and serverside events, but there is no mode to show serverside events only. This should be added as mode 3.
