Bug: Rich presence will not update if you disable it while already in a map.

Describe the bug

If you use the command cl_richpresence_enable 0 while already running a map, your Discord rich presence will not update at all unless you restart the game.

To Reproduce

1. Open any map with cl_richpresence_enable set to 1.
2. Run the command: cl_richpresence_enable 0
3. Exit the map.

Expected Behavior

Rich presence should turn off when the command is ran.
