Bug: Hammer UI doesn't scale with Windows display Scaling

Describe the bug

The display scaling option in System > Display in Windows does not scale Hammer's UI properly. It will only scale with the display resolution. image image

To Reproduce

  1. Set a scale anything other than 100 in Settings > Display
  2. Open a VMF in Hammer
  3. Observe UI
