Bug: Adding a new material while Hammer is open will cause the material to ignore alphabetical sorting in the browser

Open Wheattttt opened this issue 1 year ago • 0 comments

Describe the bug

Essentially as the title says. Adding a new material while Hammer is open will cause the material to ignore alphabetical sorting, and sort itself to the very end of the texture browser, regardless of searches. This fixes itself on restart, but it is very tedious when making a lot of new textures.

To Reproduce

  1. Just duplicate any material, or write a new one- do the bare minimum for hammer to recognize a new material.
  2. In the texture browser, it will always appear at the very bottom, after every other texture.

Issue Map

N/A

Expected Behavior

New textures should automatically sort alongside others, without having to restart hammer.

Operating System

Win 11
