Feature: Allow selfillum props to be tintable through color values in hammer

It is possible to color selfillum props with $selfillumtint in vmt, but it's too tedious to add new skins to the model. So basically you should be able to do it through color parameter in hammer like with any other non-glowing props.
There probably should be a way to detect if a model uses $selfillum to correctly apply $selfillumtint or it should apply it regardless, since this parameter wouldn't work on props without $selfillum anyways.
Needless to say, that would improve a lot of things for people making custom assets, since I've seen models with 10 skins with different colors, just because recoloring a prop doesn't affect selfillum :(
