I've looked it up, and it says the locale for Windows is only used when the application doesn't support unicode. This makes me think that there is some program field...

The tag doesn't exist in 1.16, correct. That's why you can't see it in the `Tags` enum. But you can get it via name and test if it isn't null...

@ChristopherWMM I think it should still use the candles Tag rather than checking for Candle within the name's string

Specifically, this happens when you move waterarms up (pitch up) without rotating the yaw of the player

Loving the changes so far. Perhaps to save some lookup time, mud blocks should be declared as variables inside the element classes? Just so they don't have to be looked...

The temp armor fix looks good. Thanks! As for the who command lag, as it is, it will suppress console errors due to the CompletableFuture. So I'm gonna leave that...
