[QoL] New Inventory Equippable Slot

So; I have been thinking about how the Meteor Shard for Alpha Backers hangs from the backpack if its in the correct slot on your hotbar but I had an idea to further this!

If instead of a hotbar slot it was tied to a new equippable slot in the backpack (which could be used by non-alpha backers to carry something like perhaps a Lantern) it would free up a hotbar slot and create a nice utility slot as well. Lanterns are my first thought for the slot aside from the Meteor Shard but I suppose other items could go there as well.

ADD/EDIT: This could be refined down to a fixed Backpack or fixed Belt slot to equip things like a Lantern or the Meteor Shard, or the already existing Torch Item in

We were actually discussing to get rid of it as an actualized item and have it only as a decorative avatar slot piece, let me know what you think. (The meteor shard)
