9.5 staging 2221 - "How to build" tutorial step does not take server rules regarding wall holes into consideration

My server does not allow holes to be windows/doors (server setting). Yet the tutorial will tell new players that it will work.

This is a common point of confusion for new players.

This step once again tells the player the same falsehood and will not complete until an actual door object has been added.

This is not a suggestion, but a bug. The tutorial straight up tells the player to do something that will not work.
