Use the "Sit Down" action on chairs and benches to pause exhaustion accumulation

"What I would love on exhaustion servers is a pause function. Just stop my character from moving and let me pause myself whilst I deal with the children, use the bathroom etc. I have to afk a lot during my eco time so logging in and out every time someone needs me isnt plausable."

While the player is sitting, they can't really do anything that would use calories, so it feels like this should be a good option for alleviating some stress from players who needs to go AFK. If players just want to sit around and chat, this would also be a great way to encourage them to use seating objects for that.
