[Feature request] Vehicle Maintenance and Modules

Right now vehicles are a one-time investment and don't need any kind of maintenance. Adding durability could open a door for another occupation that is able to repair vehicles to full working condition. Due to the unreliability of vehicles behaving properly, durability would ideally only be dropped based on the time the vehicle is driven. This occupation could also be responsible for painting vehicles and logos/slogans, and creating a lot of modules to upgrade vehicles
