Surveys / Government Census

I feel like something the game could benefit from is some kind of implemented mechanic/item/table that allows the government to do a census or someone to do a survey of the public for general information about the citizens

For instance, take my current server as an example, I would love to be able to do a survey/census of all the citizens in teh "Active" demographic which asks them how long it takes them to drive to the capitol city, what their main profession is, if they own a shop, and if they play alone or in a group [players playing in a group could include the members of their group as "household" and the owner of the shop plot as the "Head of household"]

You could potentially make a new government office for it, with a table, like a census bureau, which can be used to create a form that players can open via the notifications popup just like voting and fill out.

That way we don't have to worry about missing less active players, or those who are not in the community discord.
