(ModKit Request) Avatar Skinned Part (Script)

Hello!

I've been trying for a few days to create a clothing object for ECO, a Christmas Hat to be precise, and today I've learned that I require the aforementioned to be part of the ModKit in order to be able to finish my task, otherwise, clothing items cannot seem to be created as mods so I'd like to ask for it to be included into the ModKit, thank you.
