Ability To Use Set Gravity 0 in Mods

Can we get the ability for modders to be able to use the set gravity 0 without using ToggleFly,

ToggleFly allows users ghost cam, we would like the ability to be able to just set gravity 0 in a mod without ghost cam,

What would be the purpose of this?

our intended purpose is to add in another type of fly command that users can use without using the ghost cam, we aim to allow it for use in possible future "creative" modes that prevent people from flying through the ground/buildings and limiting their ability to fly only to available space, as well as wishing to include this in our current mod pack incase a server owner wishes to give users the ability to fly but not through the ground to find ecko, or into peoples buildings
