Eco.Mod.Io Dependency Downloads

Describe the solution you'd like When downloading a mod using the mod.io method, adding the ability for it to get, find and also download the dependencies that particular mod may also have,

Example: Elixr Mods - All Elixr Mods have a dependency on EM Framework, Instead of including this in the pack, it would be much preferred if this downloaded separately by default, and auto subscribed for updates allowing mods to run without an issue each time they are downloaded

Describe alternatives you've considered An Alternate method would be 3rd party mod "loaders" but this is more work and doesn't need to be done seeing as this could be easily implemented
