USER ISSUE: Unable to pull carts or Drive updated still no go

Steps to Reproduce: Drop cart or board car.
Expected behavior: It should move
Actual behavior: NOTHING Happeneds
Do you have mods installed? Does the issue happen when no mods are installed?: Yes.. unknown.

i tried on a solo world.. Same problem.. The solo world had No mods at all. Even tried a different Eco server same problem.
So tell me How do i fix this mess.. I am unable to use any cart or any other vehicle in this game... Anyone??
Ok i did a NEW test today.. I made this game run on admin.. And it did not work... i turned off all controllers it would let me.. as well.
With out any help from you guys. I have found the problem and fixed it. It seems that if you have any controller or Hotas hooked up to your PC. You are unable to use any carts, cars, or trucks.
