USER ISSUE: bg with stockpiles

Steps to Reproduce: i uclaimed land and have a law popup syaing the bank account dont have money for the unclaiming

Expected behavior: it should just leave every thing as it was befor i tried to unclaim

Actual behavior: but some things dissaperd like stockpiles but the things that was in the stockpile are left and that mean the crates to as wind turbines and house furnitures dissaperd to

Do you have mods installed? Does the issue happen when no mods are installed?: no

I've had these blocks also on our server. Wasn't sure what was making them.

i think in my case it could be a law thats makes this like i said above

We've seen these random boxes even before we had laws affecting claims. One thing I noticed, I inherited a claim with a tent on it and a tiny stockpile. When I deleted the claim, both the tent and tiny stockpiles disappeared but it didnt leave any random boxes.
