Want to protect the old growth redwoods via law, can select it, but the part in the law is empty

Thank you for submitting this bug report. I can confirm that this is an issue upon testing. However, the law still works. The issue here is that the input field is not showing player-selected items. I created an internal report with the following reference ID - ECO-24450.
