USER ISSUE: Wood Cart doesn't move

Steps to Reproduce: Press E on Wood-Cart. Press "W" or "S".
Expected behavior: Wood Cart should move
Actual behavior: Wood Cart doesn't move after the game running for a while
Do you have mods installed? Does the issue happen when no mods are installed?: Yes and no

@Ennichan Wood Cart are working fine for me. Can you provide more information? Is it still happening in 9.6.3?
I've had this happen last night on 9.6.3, 2 players at the same time. We had to pick it up and put it back down to work. The cart wasn't moving at all. I don't know how to reproduce it.
I have the same problem.. I can not use a cart or any thing with wheels. No matter what server i go to.. With or without mods.. Even a world i make as well. I have removed the game and all files once. still can not use them.
