USER ISSUE: Crops dont show since 9.6

Steps to Reproduce: Field of wheat showed partially empty (plowed field appearance), however with a tractor the "invisible" crops could still be harvested.

Expected behavior: A field of full grown wheat

Actual behavior: looked like an empty (plowed) field.

Do you have mods installed? Does the issue happen when no mods are installed?: No

Still the case in version 0.9.6.1:

The following was not fixed with this update:

Fixed: Plants would sometimes fail to render and would only show outline when targeted by a tool

I can confirm it was not fixed, or is a regression after 2 years. A tile has to be modified (place down a stone i.e.) to update the graphics of the chunk.
