landuse should affect landcover

I like the green basic landcover of the current rendering. Unfortunatly esp. in cities this is wrong for the most areas. Areas like residential, industrial have usually concrete ground and (sadly) only a few green areas, which might be mapped if important enough.

Today mapped a small fenced industrial area that is a gas pumping station on a hill top. The way to and around the building is concrete surfaced service way. The whole area is in fact pored concrete, which is what true industrial area is mostly covered as. Maybe if mappers start adding surface=* or landcover=* the user can influence the rendition to include making the area flat, a tag could possibly still need inventing on OSM. I'd be happy to try it out and see what happens. surface:elevation=flat maybe. Surely someone can think up tree structure to tag this 'feature'.

OT, for the occasion switched on the terrain function. The 3D landscape here looks auwesoooome with ESRI tiling.
