Add data version date on loading screen?

Avoids having to wait for loaded, or check elsewhere for whether buildings are updated. Replaces any manual notifications.

In the loading screen, not the viewer when it opens. And maybe add the next planned update date/day/week or frequency to both, if you are mentioning that.
