Rendering of landuse=brownfield is incorrect

Describe the bug The tag landuse=brownfield is rendered very similar to a construction site with cranes and other heavy machinery on top of a brown field. This is not only confusing but also incorrect as there is no current work being done on the site where this tag is used.

Expected behavior There should be a clear distinction between landuse=construction and landuse=brownfield

Additional context I propose getting rid of the machinery if possible and leave the brown field the same, or replace it with a gray colour as it's currently rendered on most maps.

Looked at a very old greenfield (pristine land) how that shows which is in the omnipresent green at this time i.e. did not learned anything from that. The small section that is actually under construction since long shows the dragline excavator.
