docker images (`asgs-debian`) needs to mount `$WORK` and `$SCRATCH` as host VOLUMEs

The main benefit is in making data, files in container's $WORK and $SCRATCH accessible and persistent outside of the container.

Should also mount $SCRIPTDIR from host also, this would mean that the repo is never really ever on the container ... still working that part out.
