add small NAM-based batch full test to asgsh

Essentially, this would run a full interation of ASGS once using a small test case (2-8 cores_ and ensemble, that:

• is small enough to get running on most patch systems queues within a few minutes
• test quickly verifies that all pieces ran correctly on the compute nodes and output was as expected
• include sending of emails and uploading of data to thredds servers

Other AC:

• working config comes with ASGS without minimal modifications needed (e.g., ASGSADMIN)
• suitable to be run on a local laptop or workstation that is running ASGS within the Docker instance provide

@jasonfleming - biggest thing I need from you or anyone else who may opine is a suggestion on what grid to use. Ideally even the small 2-8 processor run would be helpful to run during an event, but that's secondary to making sure there are know weird issues using the HPC queue.
