Timer component not refreshing immediately at first

I'm not sure what the exact problem is, but I think it's causing our issues with building hours not refreshing immediately when their View gets opened, and similar issues with things like stoPrint job listings not refreshing at first.

I've noticed that these things start refreshing on the next minute.

This is more of a note to self than anything else, but if anyone has ideas for a fix they're welcome to explore them.

I have also noticed this, but I'd also look into the lists themselves - it's like they don't always rerender when we update the data source.

I won't be looking into this for a week or so, so I'm not assigning it to myself.

Is this still an issue? I'm seeing hours and transportation update appropriately.

I was noticing it sporadically, at least on prod, when the hours got updated

I'm still seeing this happening. Hours list status badges are roughly a minute behind the hour detail status badge.
