Looks like you are sending the files as text not as a file binarynot sure why swagger shows it like that
Should be like
-F 'fileInput[]=@/path/to/your/file1.ext'`
adds the first file to the array named fileInput[].
-F 'fileInput[]=@/path/to/your/file2.ext'`
adds the second file to the same array.
