[Bug]: Extreme CPU usage while idling

Installation Method

Docker

The Problem

Startink up the docker with default parameters, Stirling idling, still uses unreasonable amount of CPU and memory. 18% spikes while doing absolutely nothing:

Saw someone else report this recently about file cleanups Seems something wrong with that logic Will investigate In meantime if you go to settings.yml for tmp file cleanup change the time to be a much higher number should remove those spikes

I wouldn't expect that every 5 seconds though.. might be a different issue.. will check further and let you knw
