[Feature Request]: Add a way to duplicate pages in multi-tool

Feature Description

Akin to "split before," add a way to duplicate a page in the multi-tool.

Why is this feature valuable?

Some PDFs do not have sections starting from a new page, so it becomes necessary to have a copy of that page on both sides of the split. Being able to do all that within the multi-tool would be helpful.
