V2 : File Editor refactor

  • File editor is getting too big, it needs breaking down a little.
  • Some outdated ideas implemented in here, should bring in similar philosophies to tools for this
  • some ideas have been started and abandoned. This code needs removing
  • Some optimisation would be helpful.
