Merge with Table of Content as first page

Hello,

I just tried your nice project to check if I can get rid of my dirty Python scripts but I am missing a simple feature. Perhaps it could be interesting for you and other users.

When you merge multiple files, add an option to have a ToC as first page with File name as entry and the page number of the corresponding PDF.
