Which installer did you use for this result?
And did you only get this issue after updating?
It occurred in the latest version, but in some older version too - I think it was 0.43.2, but unfortunately I'm not sure, I did an upgrade right away. I will be able to check on Monday on another computer. Installer: Stirling-PDF-win-installer.exe
I’m experiencing the same issue on Windows Desktop. I first noticed it in version 0.46.2, then upgraded to version 1.3.2, but the problem still persists.
I'm having this issue, in previous version as well as the latest v1.4. Using Windows exe installer. When I dragged and dropped the file into the box, the app just closed. Tried opening the file the traditional way (click on the box and open the file explorer, then select the pdf file), the app also closed after a couple of seconds.
