[Feature Request]: Remove Headers and Footers

Feature Description

I think a function to remove the headers and footers might benefit a lot of people and companies as it often contains sensitive information like phone numbers or websites. An option to remove it from the pdf would allow more workflows with StirlingPDF. If this was also exposed by an endpoint, it could be used in an automatic pipeline
