[Feature Request]: Posthog data on pipeline usage

Feature Description

Send posthog data of non default pipeline scripts that are used/downloaded Do not send re-occuring events, only send single time, cache this event and ensure no resent Do not send any user data or file data or event properties ONLY send used endpoints and order of them
