Do we want to do this? I think we want to eventually migrate away from legacy right?

The voices were loud when I did it and added pdfjs-legacy

True.... i wonder if its something we can do in future or we just give up, would be nice to move from legacy it has less performance and some security issues apparently

She is actively cared for, so there should be no problems for now
