[Bug]: Cannot Extract compressed file after conversion

Converted a pdf to word. Downloaded (which is compressed by default), attempt to extract files but get the following error message;
"Extraction Not Performed"

We cant support issue tickets from versions so old sorry, can you try update first?
Ah sorry! The only way I've been able to get it to work was by following the instructions here:

How do I update? I don't think it has installed either as I keep having to follow this process on every start up. I tried to follow the Unx instructions but didn't work for me.
