[Bug]: enable Dynamic Port allocation to avoid Port 8080 was already in use for windows installs

Can you go to your appdata folder Check inside roaming for a Stirling pdf folder and see if you have any logs?

Web server failed to start. Port 8080 was already in use. Seems to be the error, something is using the port required
Will try have with auto adapt to new ports in next update
