[Feature Request]: Migrate functionality out of docker into jar

Currently we have functionality dependant on external applications, the more dependencies we remove the greater improved our 'lite' version is and the ease of install for users

• qpdf - /compress-pdf /repair

• open-cv - /extract-image-scans

• LibreOffice - /file-to-pdf /pdf-to-presentation /pdf-to-word /pdf-to-xml

• tesseract - /ocr-pdf

• weasyprint - /html-to-pdf /markdown-to-pdf /url-to-pdf

• Pdftohtml - /pdf-to-markdown /pdf-to-html
