[Feature Request]: Update Home page to look more modern

Feature Description

Currently our home page is a cluster of operations, takes up far to much vertical space and is generally not 'modern' Our navbar looks more sleek and professional

It would be good to have our home page be replaced by navbar (with certain nice tweeks like on hover and search) Check mobile view

Why is this feature valuable?
