[Feature Request]: Improve game.js game to add power-ups, new enemies and other fun stuff to it

Not serious enhancement but welcome for anyone bored and wanted to add to fun easter egg for people waiting Could be powerups, new enemies, new movement types etc.. whatever people think of, cant use any external dependencies etc plain js etc
