Add docs for with distribution compatibility

Hey, i didn't catch any distribution compatibility docs in any file, except lightcurve.py.

If it is, please mention @matteobachetti issue #916 i already addressed in #912 .

@ankitkhushwaha Stingray does support the Gaussian distribution for some operations, there is a warning that some operations might not work well otherwise, but I don't think it's worth a mention like this in the docs, sorry. Daniela's original comment indicated a thorough documentation of which methods used Poisson and which didn't. Thanks anyway for your contribution.
