Voice attack registration error on launch

Looks like an amazing tool for ED and Voice attack and VR but I am running into an odd registration error in "Voice Attack 1.8.9 Steam Edition" error (see below)

I have validated the files do the latest download at https://github.com/Stickymaddness/Sextant/releases Ver. 1.0.2

my app and sounds folder path are standard for the install also removing all other Apps and reinstalling Sextant does not seem to help.

Any help would be great. Looking forward to using this VR.
