I installed Cydia from Goblin :https://ayouch.me/jailbreak On my iPad and iPhone both on iOS 10.3.1 and I am getting the same issue when I try tu install a new source.

I'm not sure this is related to g0blin. If it is an issue it would be related to Cydia. Otherwise it looks to me that perhaps the format of the repository https://ayouch.me/jailbreak is different to what this version of Cydia expects.
