Respring bug

I was retail breaking my iPhone but my iPhone went to sleep now I’m in a respring loop how do I get out of it?

Respring loop? Does it go to safe mode and upon respringing it takes you back into safe mode, or does it just keep respringing?

Are you sure it is respringing and not in a boot loop?
