Device sporadically loses wifi connection, freezes until crash and perma-respring

This typically happens while browsing Alien Blue, but happens at other points too. Almost at random, the wifi will cut out, all buttons will stop working, control center will not appear, and the device becomes near impossible to interact with. Even if it gets sort-of out of this state, the keyboard will never appear when prompted, and if I attempt to respring via CC button (or if it remains frozen for some time) the device will just crash and a loading dial screen (like on a respring) will just appear and never go away. Only way to fix is to hold power/home for 10 seconds to force restart. iPhone SE 10.3.1 RC2
