RC2, cydia show white screen

i've restore my phone to stock 10.3.1, jailbreak ok, cydia is installed, but touch cydia, a white screen appear in 10s and exit?

Try rebooting, reinstalling bootstrap, and rejailbreaking. Otherwise, try to manually install Cydia Eraser deb (somehow), and do fresh restore again. Don't ever use the ios builtin erase when jailbroken. It really breaks stuff.
