Substrate Disabled On Re-Jailbreak

Whenever I re-jailbreak with g0blin RC2 all my tweaks are disabled until I respring. IDK if this is a substrate issue or what. It happens sometimes but not always. When capturing debug logs using Configurator, I noticed that the device restarted more often than when capturing no debug logs and when using Configurator, the tweaks and themes were always enabled. Debug logs from Apple Configurator are attached as well as device info. **hope this helps and thanks for making an amazing jailbreak!!

Same problem iPhone 6 IOS 10.3.1...After respring tweaks work fine.
