g0b jb good, cydia loaded good. no package links working

iphone se: jailbreak is good, cydia loaded ok, no package links in cydia working. information links are working. How do I fix this. Thx.

SE on 10.3.2. jb only works if passcode/touch id is off. cydia databases do not connect, read or anything. basic information like reddit, general information do connect and work. Note following attached screen shots of errors. Thanks. cydia213-1 cydia213-2 cydia213-3
