Many GBS not working

Hey there, I downloaded a pack of GBSs from here: http://snesmusic.org/hoot/gbs/ About half the GBSs I'm trying produce no sound at all. For example: Pokémon Red doesn't work - http://snesmusic.org/hoot/gbs/Pokemon%20Red%20(1998)(Game%20Freak,%20Nintendo).zip Pokémon Yellow works - http://snesmusic.org/hoot/gbs/Pokemon%20Yellow%20(1998)(Game%20Freak,%20Nintendo).zip

Final Fantasy Legend doesn't work - http://snesmusic.org/hoot/gbs/Final%20Fantasy%20Legend%20(1989)(Square).zip Final Fantasy Legend 2 works - http://snesmusic.org/hoot/gbs/Final%20Fantasy%20Legend%202%20(1991)(Square).zip

I wonder if this is just a misread header value or something like that?
